I mentioned yesterday that I have had problems with my e-mail for a while, as people have been reporting bounced e-mails and "error 421" (service not available) when trying to e-mail me. It turned out to be a software error on the hosting side, and it has now been fixed by the SiteGround support crew so the contact page should work again.

Please note that while I read all e-mails and pay close attention to all the feedback that I get, I am still not able to answer all e-mails. But I do my best to keep up and help as many people as I can, and I am trying to keep the number of e-mails down by answering the questions before they are sent to me. One example of this is to have frequently asked questions answered on a separate FAQ page (coming soon!) and explaining my view on usage and copyright for the material you can find on this site. I will also organize the content in a smarter way soon, as many visitors are mixing up the XHTML/CSS templates with WordPress themes and themes for other content management systems and blogs.

But the most important things right now are the new site launches, finding sponsors and release the new templates and themes. I have already established discussions with two possible website sponsors and thanks to generous PayPal donations from template users I have the hosting costs covered already. But I will still need both hardware and software sponsoring. And I have to ask all of you who have tried to e-mail me regarding this to re-send your e-mails as I have probably not got them because of the server problems.
