Mom 50 years!
Today I'm celebrating that it is exactly 50 years since my mother Yvonne was born! It is a quiet and very peaceful celebration since she left this world seven years ago, but her birthday is still a day that means a lot to me. And with the recent celebrations for dad in mind, I felt that I wanted to do something in the memory of mom as well. I'm working on the final details of it now, and hopefully you can find it right here soon!
In other news, the music will be removed from the site tonight and other things will be moved and re-organized. Look back here tomorrow for more details. And to all of you who keep on e-mailing me about advertising on the site, make sure you check back here tomorrow since I will present a new advertising option that many people have asked for.

Just think of her favorite movie or book, find you a quite room and just remember how she looked when enjoying that movie or reading a good book. Just think she will be watching you now.

Jag har lite svårt för engelska, därför har jag anlitat en översättningsbyrå för lite hjälp. Där hittade jag detta eminenta översättnigsverktyg där man kan klippa in texter och få dem översatta på ett par sekunder. Så nu kan jag läsa din sida! Verktyget översätter ju inte helt bra men med lite god fantasi är det till stor hjälp, kolla på http://www.comtext.se/default.aspx
Andreas mamma var en duktik frisör hemma i byn, där har många av min lockar fallit. Det var tråkigt att hon gick bort men hon måste vara stolt över dig i sin himmel. Kramar från Victoria

Victoria: Livet känns inte alltid vad man önskar att det skulle vara, men jag försöker att göra något bra av det ändå - i alla lägen. Om det är något mamma skulle vara stolt över, så skulle det vara just den inställningen…

I think it would be an interesting idea to start to incorporate the people in your life into your theme names. It might stir up memories on occasions but it would let everyone know about the people in your life.

Fotot är förmodligen äldre än så Andreas. Jag skulle gissa att det togs sommaren då Yvonne tog studenten. Då var hon 18 år, och jag var 15. Det borde då vara 1975. Jag saknar henne också… Mycket!

Keeping her close and taking care of her is somewhat difficult, for obvious reasons. But I treat the memories with the best of love!
By the way, the default header image of the Daleri Dark design shows an edited photo of a lit candle, taken on the day of this post.
I don't know if anyone have noticed it, but every single photo I use in my templates is carefully selected and used for a special reason. The photos are usually edited to make them a bit more artistic and unique, but the source images are always taken by myself - and they always have a point to me. The street and houses in andreas01, the glass sphere in andreas02 and so on…
But the meaning of the other images will remain a secret for now… :)

Just think about the good times you had and celebrate them. I know if I was to go now that is what I would want my family to concentrate on. I'm lucky enough to have both of my parents so I haven't been through what you have but I've still lost family and feel that celebrating the time you had together is the best way to remember them.
