John Fogerty live
For the first time in years, I'm making plans for the summer as early as in January. Today I ordered tickets to a big beach party in Piteå, Sweden, this summer. Once my order is confirmed, I will have four passes to the event, which will take place at Piteå Havsbad on July 8th. Legendary Creedence Clearwater Revival vocalist John Fogerty will perform live as a part of his tour "The Long Road Home", and I really look forward to see and hear him live since I grew up with the classic Creedence songs. A private beach house, a big dinner and a night at the casino are included in the tickets, which are "limited edition VIP tickets". Johanna and my father will join me, and the fourth ticket is still available since we haven't decided who we should give it to yet.
Because of the ticket prices, this weekend will probably be the only adventure I can afford during my summer vacation. But I'm sure that it will be worth it! If anyone of you who read this happen to have the same event on your summer schedule, it would be fun to know about it. I want the weekend to be something really extra, so I welcome all suggestions for fun things to do during the party. As mentioned, my order is not confirmed yet so nothing is 100% sure yet, but I should get my confirmation tomorrow.

Oh Andreas, you lucky bugger!JF from CCR and going to Sweden. I've listened to them all too- Kansas, Eagles, E.L.O., Wings, Guess Who, Doors, oh man I could go on all night! I suppose I'm showing my age a little too much now:)
You'll have a ball there! The only tip I can give you is to take a wine sack (that way you can sneak some boose in under your arm- that is if you drink). Later.
