New WordPress theme: WP-Andreas00
The first public version of WP-Andreas00 has now been uploaded to the WordPress Theme Viewer. Since it seems to work pretty well for those who have tested it, I decided to upload it after only a small amount of testing. There may still be bugs and errors to be found, so please report any problems to me so I can fix it quickly. General feedback is of course also welcome!
Check out the WP-Andreas00 live demo or download the theme directly! (hosted by the official WordPress Theme Viewer)
WP-Andreas00 is just what people have asked for. It is simple, lightweight, has no advanced features and is easy to modify and customize. In other words, it is more useful than cool. It supports WordPress widgets in both the left and the right sidebar. Blog pages use the 3-column layout, regular content pages use a 2-column layout - just as it works in WP-Andreas01. The main difference from 01 is that the main menu now shows subpages as well - there is no separate subpage menu - and that the header image is now shown as a background through the stylesheet and not as an image tag in the markup.
More releases will follow over the next couple of days and weeks!

Haven't looked at it yet, but there is probably a sidebar.php where the sidebar links are stored.

The menu is located in the header.php file. It is partly hardcoded (for the first button) and the rest of the links are generated by the WordPress wp_list_pages() function.
In an effort to make the theme easier to use, I have lifted the main menu out of the widget system. Widgets in the left sidebar will appear below the main menu, and the menu itself is not a widget. However, for those who wish to use a widget menu I have included a customized Pages widget in functions.php (commented out by default).

I was wondering if there was a way to not have the sub-pages show up in the main site menu. I'd like to link to pages, but not have them listed from the menu.
Thanks for any help you are able to provide. And special thanks for the wonderful site templates that inspire us all.

Valid XHTML - CSS2- Passed - only 4 errors on Cyntia Validator WAI - section 13.1/2 [anchor error]
i think is : [no label for links generated by the WordPress wp_list_pages() function.] IMHO.

Thanks Andreas for the Theme. I love your theme and has used one in my new blog!
The only problem I have is with the comment box. I have activated did_you_pass_the_math plugin and a new form to put the result of adding two numbers was added in addition to three boxes above. However, the instruction 'please add x and y' was not listed above the box like Name, E-mail, Website and Comment here, but it was listed on the right side of the new box. Can you tell me which file should I go to change that setting so the instruction will be listed above the box?
Thanks.

Hey.
I would like to use this theme for my website, but I would set the navigation links manually, where are the links stored in the theme?
Thanks
