While OSWD.org is down
OSWD.org is offline, appearently because of hosting problems. But there are still plenty of OSWD templates to find on other sites. Here is a list of designer sites where you can download some of the top designs from OSWD:
- Haran's templates (including the brilliant "Gila", "Prosimii" and "Sinorca")
- LanVacation's templates (including "Happy blog" and the sweet "Small studio")
- Snop's templates (including "Softened cells", "Reflection" and "Drifting")
- Andreas's templates (my own templates, the andreasXX series)
- whowrotewhat's templates
- Deeznuts' templates
If you know of any OSWD designers who has posted their designs on some other site, let me know and I will add them here! There is also a thread in the Sitepoint forum where the current situation (and the future) of OSWD.org is discussed.
Update, Nov 21st: OSWD.org is now back online, although in a different form than before. The site has also been forked into a new site called OpenWebDesign.org which is basically the same site as OSWD.org used to be: it is maintained by the former OSWD developer and main administrator Aaron "MonkeyMan" Nikula. This list will not be updated any more, as all designs are available on OSWD.org and OpenWebDesign.org from now on!
