The Grid v2.1 released
The second version of The Grid template has been updated to version 2.1, fixing a minor error in the sample content. A package of sample layouts built from the template will be released separately at the end of this week, showing the flexibility that the grid system provides for creating both simple and complex layouts.

This is a HTML/CSS template, not a WordPress theme. I have written about the difference between templates and themes (and specifically about the “Stylesheet is missing” message) here: http://andreasviklund.com/learn/stylesheet-is-missing-in-wordpress/

I love this template! A very versatile layout. I’ve found one issue though: When the browser window is narrower than the #layout div and you scroll to the right side of the page, the background image is misaligned and the content is appears to be floating past the edge.
Here is the solution I found. It *may* not be valid CSS, I don’t know (I am not a web design professional).
In the stylesheet, add a background color of #fff to the #layout div, and set the top and bottom margins to 0. This, in effect, “hides” the misaligned image.
#layout {background:#fff; margin:0 auto 0 auto; width:960px;}
As I said, I do not know if this is a valid way to solve the issue. Please feel free to let me know if it is not.
Thank you.

I have also just discovered that adding the property background-attachment:fixed; into the body in the stylesheet fixes the background image misalignment issue.

Your templates are excellent..Btw I need to know what makes a template become seo friendly. Is it mainly because of the template itself or it would be because of the script? Thanks.
