Andreas04 and Andreas09 on WordPress.com
The top blog host in my opinion, WordPress.com, has added an excellent theme showcase that displays information about each theme available to users of the service. As of today, there are 116 themes to choose from. Two of the themes are based on template designs from andreasviklund.com: Andreas04 and Andreas09.
Along with general information, there are also some statistics that I have been curious about for years. I now know that more than 238.000 blogs are using the Andreas04 and Andreas09 themes, making up a total of about 1,2% of all WordPress.com blogs. The Andreas04 theme is slightly more popular than Andreas09. For designs made more than five years ago, that is something I can’t help being a bit proud of.
