After months of beta testing and three release candidates, WordPress version 3.3 has now been released. It has been given the name “Sonny” in honor of jazz saxophonist Sonny Stitt, and as always it features a number of new additions and features. It can be installed through the administration area of existing self-hosted WordPress websites, or downloaded from WordPress.org. The WordPress themes from andreasviklund.com have all been tested with the release candidates and should work just fine. If, however, you run into any problem, please let me know and I’ll make sure to fix it quickly.

Wow, man they just keep cranking out WordPress updates! I swear every day I am either updating a plugin, or updating WordPress itself.
Me too, you’re not alone :)
Ok, the new admin bar (that you can’t disable on the back-end) is terrible!
I have installed it this week on my blog – I like it, nice and smooth. I think they have to keep updating it so fast because Tumblr now has more registered users. Whilst Tumblr is simple and easy to use I much prefer WordPress for my main blogs – Tumblr, Blogger etc are more low tech…
I agree with Boise. I’m not a fan of the bar and it totally messed up the navigation drop down in my template.
