Read andreasviklund.com in your language
I have added a box in the sidebar that makes it possible to translate andreasviklund.com into many different languages using Google Translate. While it is a machine translation and thus not perfect, the translations are good enough to make it possible to read and understand the majority of the content on this site. For those who do not speak English at all, it is a major improvement to have the option to translate any page directly from the site rather than having to use external translation services. This will hopefully make andreasviklund.com more useful and more accessible, as sites written in other languages can link directly to translated versions.
From now on, comments can be posted in any language. I will be able to read them and write replies in the same language, with a disclaimer that the automatic translations may not be all correct. But English is still preferred, so I recommend sending me an e-mail if you want to use another language than English or Swedish.

Google Translation fungerar faktiskt bara på engelska som bas för andra språk. Ta ett test text som ska översättas till svenska på engelska. Du kommer att se skillnader som du faktiskt skulle tala.
Idén är mycket bra men tyvärr Google inte kan leverera den kvalitet av förklarliga översättningar.

Yeah, it is an interesting tool. But it not being perfect is probably one of the reasons I’ve been avoiding it myself. But perhaps as long as it is just english to another language and so on it might be okay. I’ll try it out and see how it looks.

Le comento algo: Hace un par de meses, pero específicamente desde el 1 de septiembre de este año, estaba pensando en decirle que me ofrecía voluntariamente para traducir el sitio completamente al español. Hay que tener en cuenta, que el español es la segunda lengua natal más hablada en el mundo (luego del chino, que es la primera; y el inglés está en tercer lugar), por supuesto, sin la utilización del traductor para que la lectura sea 100% fluída y coherente. Pero como todavía estoy cursando la universidad, no quería contarle, ya que no dispongo de tiempo.
Usted debe considerar que las visitas a su sitio se incrementaría considerablemente, como asimismo las descargas y la utilización de sus plantillas.
Más allá de todo, todavía tengo esto en mente y espero su respuesta.

The translation in italian is pretty good. All the text is almost understandable.
